Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available if you have been supplied a size that differs from your order or for product defects. To request an exchange, please complete our contact form and include your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or limited edition items (unless faulty)
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
